Qi Performance is a boutique executive coaching organisation that works with leading companies including Bombardier, Network Rail, Siemens Gamesa and others.
Founded by Nicki Crossland in 2016, Qi Performance is a specialist in leading coaching methodologies including Energy Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Hogan.
Nicki is an Executive Coach working with boards, senior leaders and their teams to help them deliver high performance.
With 20 years’ senior HR experience, including 10 years working internationally as a VP HR, she has business-partnered several prominent business leaders in a variety of multinational industries.
During her time as a VP HR, in addition to business partnering the divisional presidents, she was also a member of the respective senior leadership teams and directly responsible for the HR service delivery for the businesses.
In these roles, Nicki built a formidable reputation for supporting leaders to successfully improve both their own and their team’s leadership performance, and for delivering commercially focussed, value-adding HR support. Through this hands-on experience, Nicki knows what it takes to lead, manage and develop senior teams, as well as support others in how to do it.
Already operating a successful HR career, in 2012 Nicki decided to supplement her skillset and began intensive development in the field of coaching, subsequently attaining Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which is seen as the gold standard in coaching practice.
With in-depth development and certification across multiple team coaching and 1-2-1 coaching concepts, Nicki brings a pragmatic approach, linking business objectives to the people dimension.
She created Qi Performance in 2016 to work with businesses, supporting leaders to build and sustain high-performing teams.
Nicki operates as a Trusted Advisor and Executive Coach to leaders and their teams in large and small companies, both within the UK and internationally, blending her passion for HR and Executive Coaching to maximise the impact that exemplary leadership can have in any business.
