
Why Qi Exists
Qi Performance wasn’t built to follow the traditional path. It was born from years inside complex, high-pressure environments — working as a senior leader alongside senior leaders — seeing what helped performance and what held it back.

I’ve led large teams, navigated matrix organisations, and sat at the top table. I’ve seen how the right leadership can unlock momentum, trust, and results — and how the wrong leadership can destroy them.

Over time, I found myself repeatedly drawn to one area where I felt the focus was lacking — strengthening leadership capability in a way that aligns with what the business truly needs. I saw the consequences when this was neglected — and they were too great to ignore.

So I chose to specialise - building on my existing expertise by investing deeply in coaching, behavioural science, team dynamics, and leadership development — enabling a more focused, strategic approach to the leadership challenges that matter most.
